Skin Cancer Screenings & Full-Body Exams in Blue Ridge, GA
The Skin Cancer Center of North Georgia is committed to the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. If you have any history of skin cancer–personal or family–it is imperative that you have a full-body skin exam on a routine basis.
Instructions for Skin Examinations
Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes for your examination. It is often cool in the office, so we suggest you bring a sweater to keep warm.
When coming in for a skin exam, please do not wear any make up and remove all nail polish to facilitate a thorough examination.
The time it takes to complete a screening depends on the number of moles and skin growths found. If necessary, we also perform a biopsy on the areas of concern.
